| 2 | 2 | | WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to |

| 3 | 3 | | recognize Cherylyn Murray on the occasion of her 60th birthday; |

|---|
| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Cherylyn Murray was born on May 16, 1957; she grew |
|---|
| 6 | 6 | | up in Midland, Texas, and has enjoyed a fulfilling career as a |
|---|
| 7 | 7 | | registered nurse; and |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, A woman of many interests and talents, she applies |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | herself with enthusiasm to a wide range of activities; she is an |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | avid baker, and she loves cooking meals on weekends with her |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | three daughters; she also loves dancing and spending time with |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | her longtime partner, Tommy Daughtry; and |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | WHEREAS, She is fearless in undertaking adventurous |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | do-it-yourself projects, and her eclectic sense of style is |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | evident in her use of flea market gems and curbside finds to |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | decorate her home; her green thumb is the envy of all those who |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | are familiar with the struggle to keep plants thriving; and |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | WHEREAS, It is truly fitting that she receive special |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | recognition as she reaches this milestone in her life; now, |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | therefore, be it |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 85th |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | Legislature, hereby commend Cherylyn Murray on her many |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | achievements and extend to her best wishes for a joyful and |
|---|
| 24 | 24 | | memorable 60th birthday celebration; and, be it further |
