| 2 | 2 | | WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to |

| 3 | 3 | | recognize Leah Esther Loredo on the grand occasion of her 21st |

| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Leah Loredo was born on January 22, 1996, in |

| 6 | 6 | | Sulzbach-Rosenberg, Germany, where her father, Sergio J. Loredo |

| 7 | 7 | | was stationed in his service with the United States Army; Leah's |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | mother, Blanca E. Loredo, is a first-generation Texan, and both |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | of Leah's parents attended Ysleta High School in El Paso; and |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | WHEREAS, As a member of a military family, Leah moved |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | around quite often during her youth, yet she has always been |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | proud to consider herself a Texan; and |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | WHEREAS, Leah is a bright and charming young woman who is |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | beloved by many and is known for her warmth, her wit, and her |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | generosity of spirit; her birthday is cause for much celebration |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | among her family and many friends; now, therefore, be it |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 85th |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | Legislature, hereby pay tribute to Leah Esther Loredo and extend |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | to her best wishes on her 21st birthday; and, be it further |

| 20 | 20 | | RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for |
