10 | 12 | | certain Acts continuing those agencies during the 85th Regular |

12 | 14 | | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |

13 | 15 | | SECTION 1. The following riders to S.B. 1, Acts of the 85th |
---|
14 | 16 | | Legislature, Regular Session, 2017 (the General Appropriations |
---|
15 | 17 | | Act), are repealed: |
---|
16 | 18 | | (1) Rider 6 following the appropriations to the Texas |
---|
17 | 19 | | Medical Board (page VIII-35); and |
---|
18 | 20 | | (2) Rider 2 following the appropriations to the Texas |
---|
19 | 21 | | State Board of Examiners of Psychologists (page VIII-51). |

20 | 22 | | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect immediately if it receives |
---|
21 | 23 | | a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, as |
---|
22 | 24 | | provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution. If this |
---|
23 | 25 | | Act does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, this |
---|
24 | 26 | | Act takes effect on the 91st day after the last day of the |
---|
25 | 27 | | legislative session. |
