| 8 | 9 | | High School, Mr. Ricciardelli earned his bachelor's degree at The |

| 10 | 11 | | Townes-Rice Scholar; recognized as a rising star in the Texas legal |

| 11 | 12 | | community by Super Lawyers, he has argued cases before the Texas |

| 12 | 13 | | Supreme Court and the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals; and |

| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Ricciardelli has previously served as vice |

| 14 | 15 | | chair of the Plano Heritage Commission, and he is a member of the |

| 15 | 16 | | board of the Joni and Friends ministry, the Dallas benefit host |
