| 8 | 9 | | Oregon, Colorado, California, and The Woodlands, the company has |

| 9 | 10 | | constructed a 130,000 square-foot athletic club and spa on Barker |

| 10 | 11 | | Cypress Road; the facility amenities include swimming pools, a |

| 11 | 12 | | cardio center, free weights, a basketball court, and outdoor fire |

| 12 | 13 | | pits and lounge areas; and |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, The Cypress VillaSport will offer more than 180 |

| 14 | 15 | | scheduled fitness classes a week, along with a range of spa |

| 15 | 16 | | treatments and leisure activities for adults and art and dance |

|---|
| 17 | 18 | | WHEREAS, By creating jobs and contributing to the health and |

| 18 | 19 | | well-being of local residents, VillaSport is sure to be a valuable |

| 19 | 20 | | asset to the Cypress community, and the company is indeed deserving |
