H.R. No. 33
R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, VillaSport is celebrating the grand opening of its
new Cypress branch on July 25, 2017; and
WHEREAS, Adding another location to the existing four in
Oregon, Colorado, California, and The Woodlands, the company has
constructed a 130,000 square-foot athletic club and spa on Barker
Cypress Road; the facility amenities include swimming pools, a
cardio center, free weights, a basketball court, and outdoor fire
pits and lounge areas; and
WHEREAS, The Cypress VillaSport will offer more than 180
scheduled fitness classes a week, along with a range of spa
treatments and leisure activities for adults and art and dance
programs for children; and
WHEREAS, By creating jobs and contributing to the health and
well-being of local residents, VillaSport is sure to be a valuable
asset to the Cypress community, and the company is indeed deserving
of recognition on the opening of its new branch; now, therefore, be
it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 85th Texas
Legislature, 1st Called Session, hereby recognize the grand opening
of VillaSport in Cypress and extend to all those associated with the
enterprise sincere best wishes for the future; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for VillaSport as an expression of high regard by the Texas
House of Representatives.
