| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, The Eagle Scout badge is a significant honor |

| 10 | 11 | | movement; in the course of meeting the rank's demanding criteria, |

| 11 | 12 | | Mr. Brown earned 29 merit badges and, for his Eagle Scout project, |

| 12 | 13 | | he organized and led a drive that collected over 800 pounds of food |

| 13 | 14 | | for Living Water Ministries; and |

| 14 | 15 | | WHEREAS, The son of Shannon and Michelle Brown and a senior at |

| 15 | 16 | | Sanford-Fritch High School, this fine young Texan has demonstrated |

| 16 | 17 | | outstanding leadership ability throughout his scouting career, |

| 17 | 18 | | serving his fellow troop members as historian, scribe, and |

| 18 | 19 | | chaplain's aide; he is also a member of the prestigious Order of the |

| 20 | 21 | | WHEREAS, Eagle Scout Brown's dedication to excellence and his |
