| 9 | 9 | SECTION 1. Section 43.007, Election Code, is amended by | |
| 10 | 10 | adding Subsection (e-1) to read as follows: | |
| 11 | 11 | (e-1) A countywide polling place may have paper ballots | |
| 12 | 12 | available for each voter who requests a paper ballot, subject to | |
| 13 | 13 | Subsection (e). The secretary of state may prescribe procedures as | |
| 14 | 14 | necessary to ensure the efficient implementation of this | |
| 15 | 15 | subsection. | |
| 16 | 16 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2019. |
