| 7 | 13 | SECTION 1. Chapter 1, Election Code, is amended by adding | |
| 8 | 14 | Section 1.021 to read as follows: | |
| 9 | 15 | Sec. 1.021. NOTICE OF POLLING PLACE LOCATION. When this | |
| 10 | 16 | code requires notice of a polling place location, the written | |
| 11 | 17 | notice must state the building name, if any, and the street address, | |
| 12 | 18 | including the suite or room number, if any, of the polling place. | |
| 13 | 19 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2019. | |
