| 12 | 12 | Sec. 1704.106. ADVERTISING BY LICENSED BAIL BOND SURETY. A | |
| 13 | 13 | secure correctional facility, as defined by Section 1.07, Penal | |
| 14 | 14 | Code, may post in the facility an advertisement or other | |
| 15 | 15 | information regarding a bail bond surety or an agent of a corporate | |
| 16 | 16 | surety licensed in the county where the facility is located. | |
| 17 | 17 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2019. |
