| 13 | 13 | reinvestment zone shall hold all board meetings after regular | |
| 14 | 14 | business hours or on weekends at reasonable times. | |
| 15 | 15 | SECTION 2. Subchapter C, Chapter 54, Water Code, is amended | |
| 16 | 16 | by adding Section 54.104 to read as follows: | |
| 17 | 17 | Sec. 54.104. BOARD MEETINGS. The board shall hold all board | |
| 18 | 18 | meetings after regular business hours or on weekends at reasonable | |
| 19 | 19 | times. | |
| 20 | 20 | SECTION 3. This Act takes effect September 1, 2019. |
