| 10 | 10 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | |
| 11 | 11 | SECTION 1. (a) The amount of $15,000,000 is appropriated | |
| 12 | 12 | from the economic stabilization fund to the Parks and Wildlife | |
| 13 | 13 | Department for the state fiscal year ending August 31, 2020, and | |
| 14 | 14 | $15,000,000 is appropriated from the economic stabilization fund to | |
| 15 | 15 | the Parks and Wildlife Department for the state fiscal year ending | |
| 16 | 16 | August 31, 2021. Money appropriated to the Parks and Wildlife | |
| 17 | 17 | Department under this section shall be used to repair, restore, and | |
| 18 | 18 | present to the public in a permanent dry berth the Battleship | |
| 19 | 19 | "Texas." | |
| 20 | 20 | (b) This Act expires September 1, 2021. | |
| 21 | 21 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2019, only if | |
| 22 | 22 | it receives a vote of two-thirds of the members present in each | |
| 23 | 23 | house of the legislature, as provided by Section 49-g(m), Article | |
| 24 | 24 | III, Texas Constitution. |
