10 | 13 | SECTION 1. Section 223.208, Transportation Code, is amended | |
11 | 14 | by adding Subsection (i) to read as follows: | |
12 | 15 | (i) Sections 228.0545, 228.0546, and 228.0547 do not apply | |
13 | 16 | to toll collection by a private participant or subcontractor under | |
14 | - | a comprehensive development agreement for a toll project located in | |
15 | - | a county with a population of 3.3 million or more if the agreement | |

17 | - | entered into before September 1, 2017. | |
