| 10 | 10 | SECTION 1. Chapter 432, Health and Safety Code, is amended | |
| 11 | 11 | by adding Section 432.0175 to read as follows: | |
| 12 | 12 | Sec. 432.0175. SALE OF PROPHYLACTIC CONTAINING | |
| 13 | 13 | NITROSAMINES PROHIBITED. (a) In this section, "prophylactic" | |
| 14 | 14 | means a device intended to prevent disease. The term includes a | |
| 15 | 15 | condom. | |
| 16 | 16 | (b) A person may not sell a prophylactic containing | |
| 17 | 17 | nitrosamines in this state. | |
| 18 | 18 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2019. |
