| 9 | 9 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | |
| 10 | 10 | SECTION 1. Section 11.201, Education Code, is amended by | |
| 11 | 11 | adding Subsection (b-3) to read as follows: | |
| 12 | 12 | (b-3) A school district that maintains an Internet website | |
| 13 | 13 | shall post on the district's website the annual compensation | |
| 14 | 14 | received by the superintendent, including listing each amount paid | |
| 15 | 15 | by the district as: | |
| 16 | 16 | (1) an annual salary; | |
| 17 | 17 | (2) a bonus; | |
| 18 | 18 | (3) a benefit; or | |
| 19 | 19 | (4) an allowance or stipend for technology, housing, | |
| 20 | 20 | transportation, or another miscellaneous expense. | |
| 21 | 21 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2019. |
