10- relating to providing school districts electronic tutorials for
11- certain end-of-course assessment instruments required for
6+ relating to providing public school students and classroom teachers
7+ tutorials for end-of-course assessment instruments required for

139 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
1410 SECTION 1. Subchapter C, Chapter 29, Education Code, is
1511 amended by adding Section 29.0845 to read as follows:
16- Sec. 29.0845. ELECTRONIC TUTORIALS FOR CERTAIN
17- END-OF-COURSE ASSESSMENT INSTRUMENT PREPARATION. (a) The agency
18- shall select three end-of-course assessment instruments listed in
19- Section 39.023(c) and develop three two-hour electronic tutorials
20- that provide a review of each course for which the applicable
21- end-of-course assessment instrument is administered.
12+ Sec. 29.0845. ONLINE TUTORIALS FOR END-OF-COURSE
13+ ASSESSMENT INSTRUMENT PREPARATION. (a) The agency shall develop
14+ interactive electronic tutorials that provide a comprehensive
15+ review for each end-of-course assessment instrument listed in
16+ Section 39.023(c).
2217 (b) From funds appropriated for purposes of this section,
2318 the agency shall make the tutorials developed under Subsection (a)

35- appropriates money specifically for that purpose. If the
36- legislature does not appropriate money specifically for that
37- purpose, the Texas Education Agency may, but is not required to,
38- implement a provision of this Act using other appropriations
39- available for that purpose.
40- SECTION 3. This Act takes effect immediately if it receives
