| 7 | 13 | | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |

| 8 | 14 | | SECTION 1. Subchapter A, Chapter 12, Parks and Wildlife |
|---|
| 9 | 15 | | Code, is amended by adding Section 12.0075 to read as follows: |
|---|
| 10 | 16 | | Sec. 12.0075. ORGAN DONOR REGISTRY INFORMATION. The |
|---|
| 11 | 17 | | department shall add on the department's Internet website a link to |
|---|
| 12 | 18 | | the Glenda Dawson Donate Life-Texas Registry operated under Chapter |
|---|
| 13 | 19 | | 692A, Health and Safety Code, for persons to access when applying on |
|---|
| 14 | 20 | | the department's Internet website for a hunting or fishing license, |
|---|
| 15 | 21 | | including a combination hunting and fishing license. |
|---|
| 16 | 22 | | SECTION 2. The Parks and Wildlife Commission may adopt |
|---|
| 17 | 23 | | rules as necessary to implement Section 12.0075, Parks and Wildlife |
|---|
| 18 | 24 | | Code, as added by this Act. |
|---|
| 19 | 25 | | SECTION 3. This Act takes effect September 1, 2019. |
