| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, Mr. White is a physical education teacher at Boggess |

| 10 | 11 | | Elementary School, where he has demonstrated an impressive ability |

| 11 | 12 | | to engage students through the use of chants, cheers, and music; in |

| 12 | 13 | | addition to promoting healthy exercise and eating habits, he has |

| 13 | 14 | | helped his students develop good sportsmanship and teamwork; he has |

| 14 | 15 | | also served as a mentor to new teachers, and he has generously |

| 15 | 16 | | shared his time, talents, and abundant energy as the host of a |

| 16 | 17 | | variety of school events, as well as the campus's PTA staff |

| 17 | 18 | | representative and Safety Patrol organizer; and |
|---|
| 18 | 19 | | WHEREAS, Harold White exemplifies the passion, |

| 19 | 20 | | determination, and innovative spirit that are the hallmarks of our |

| 20 | 21 | | best teachers, and he has set a standard of excellence to which all |

| 21 | 22 | | in his profession may aspire; now, therefore, be it |
