| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Dade Pritchett has ably served his fellow Texans as |

| 6 | 7 | | an aide in the office of State Representative Kyle Kacal during the |

| 7 | 8 | | 86th Legislative Session; and |
|---|
| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Since joining the staff, Mr. Pritchett has provided |

| 9 | 10 | | vital assistance in handling a wide variety of challenging tasks; |
|---|
| 10 | 11 | | in addition to gaining valuable experience in the field of public |
|---|
| 11 | 12 | | service, he has learned more about the legislative process and the |
|---|
| 12 | 13 | | issues facing citizens of the Lone Star State; and |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, A 2017 graduate of Glen Rose High School, |
|---|
| 14 | 15 | | Mr. Pritchett is currently on the pre-law track at Baylor |
|---|
| 15 | 16 | | University, where he is majoring in journalism and pre-law; named a |
|---|
| 16 | 17 | | Bob Bullock Scholar in 2018, he has also interned with Texans for |
|---|
| 17 | 18 | | Greg Abbott; he gives back to his campus community as a peer leader, |
|---|
| 18 | 19 | | and he has served as a counselor with Texas Boys State and as |
|---|
| 19 | 20 | | foreman of the Hood County Teen Court jury; and |
|---|
| 20 | 21 | | WHEREAS, This outstanding young Texan has performed his |
|---|
| 21 | 22 | | duties as a legislative aide with skill and dedication, and he is |
|---|
| 22 | 23 | | indeed deserving of special recognition for his fine work; now, |

| 23 | 24 | | therefore, be it |

| 24 | 25 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 86th Texas |

| 25 | 26 | | Legislature hereby commend Dade Pritchett for his service as a |

| 26 | 27 | | legislative aide in the office of State Representative Kyle Kacal |

| 27 | 28 | | and extend to him sincere best wishes for continued success in all |
