H.R. No. 1655
R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Dade Pritchett has ably served his fellow Texans as
an aide in the office of State Representative Kyle Kacal during the
86th Legislative Session; and
WHEREAS, Since joining the staff, Mr. Pritchett has provided
vital assistance in handling a wide variety of challenging tasks;
in addition to gaining valuable experience in the field of public
service, he has learned more about the legislative process and the
issues facing citizens of the Lone Star State; and
WHEREAS, A 2017 graduate of Glen Rose High School,
Mr. Pritchett is currently on the pre-law track at Baylor
University, where he is majoring in journalism and pre-law; named a
Bob Bullock Scholar in 2018, he has also interned with Texans for
Greg Abbott; he gives back to his campus community as a peer leader,
and he has served as a counselor with Texas Boys State and as
foreman of the Hood County Teen Court jury; and
WHEREAS, This outstanding young Texan has performed his
duties as a legislative aide with skill and dedication, and he is
indeed deserving of special recognition for his fine work; now,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 86th Texas
Legislature hereby commend Dade Pritchett for his service as a
legislative aide in the office of State Representative Kyle Kacal
and extend to him sincere best wishes for continued success in all
his endeavors; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for Mr. Pritchett as an expression of high regard by the
Texas House of Representatives.
