| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, James and Margaret Ragan of Sulphur Springs |

| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, On that memorable day in 1959, Mr. and Mrs. Ragan |

| 10 | 11 | | exchanged the vows of matrimony at the home of Brother Avery |

| 11 | 12 | | Hammonds of the Divide community, and over the course of their |

| 12 | 13 | | marriage, they have found in each other a loving life partner; and |

| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Ragan count among their blessings a |

| 14 | 15 | | fine family that includes their daughters, Sherry and Shelly, their |

| 15 | 16 | | sons-in-law, Patrick and Jay, and their four grandchildren; and |
