810 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
911 SECTION 1. Subchapter B, Chapter 225, Transportation Code,
1012 is amended by adding Section 225.152 to read as follows:
1113 Sec. 225.152. MASTER SERGEANT JONATHAN J. DUNBAR MEMORIAL
1214 PARKWAY. (a) The portion of Farm-to-Market Road 734 (Parmer Lane)
1315 in the city of Austin between its intersection with Metric
1416 Boulevard and its intersection with Lamar Boulevard is designated
1517 as the Master Sergeant Jonathan J. Dunbar Memorial Parkway.
1618 (b) Subject to Section 225.021(c), the department shall:
1719 (1) design and construct markers indicating the
1820 designation as the Master Sergeant Jonathan J. Dunbar Memorial
1921 Parkway and any other appropriate information; and
2022 (2) erect a marker at each end of the highway and at
2123 appropriate intermediate sites along the highway.
2224 SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2019.
