| 12 | 12 | Sec. 229.901. RESTRICTION ON MUNICIPAL REGULATION IN | |
| 13 | 13 | CERTAIN AREAS. Notwithstanding any other law, in an area in which | |
| 14 | 14 | the residents are ineligible or have only limited eligibility to | |
| 15 | 15 | vote in municipal elections, a municipality may not regulate an | |
| 16 | 16 | activity or structure that is regulated by this state. | |
| 17 | 17 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2019. |
