| 11 | 11 | (h-1) Notwithstanding Subsection (h), a comprehensive | |
| 12 | 12 | development agreement entered into on or before March 22, 2007 for | |
| 13 | 13 | State Highway 130 from U.S. Highway 183 to Interstate Highway 10 | |
| 14 | 14 | (Segments 5 and 6) may be amended to extend the term of the | |
| 15 | 15 | comprehensive development agreement up to an additional 20 years if | |
| 16 | 16 | the amendment outlines the benefit the state will derive from | |
| 17 | 17 | extending the term of the comprehensive development agreement. | |
| 18 | 18 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2019. |
