| 15 | 9 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | |
| 16 | 10 | SECTION 1. Subchapter B, Chapter 225, Transportation Code, | |
| 17 | 11 | is amended by adding Section 225.152 to read as follows: | |
| 18 | 12 | Sec. 225.152. RICHARD OVERTON MEMORIAL HIGHWAY. (a) The | |
| 19 | 13 | portion of State Loop 111 in Travis County between its northern | |
| 20 | - | intersection with Levander Loop and its intersection with | |
| 21 | - | Farm-to-Market Road 969 is designated as the Richard Overton | |
| 22 | - | Memorial Highway. The designation is in addition to any other | |
| 23 | - | designation. | |

| 32 | 25 | provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution. If this | |
| 33 | 26 | Act does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, this | |
| 34 | 27 | Act takes effect September 1, 2019. | |
