| 6 | 6 | | felt by the family and friends of Felicity Margaret Kidd of |

| 7 | 7 | | Hamilton, who passed away on February 18, 2019, at the age of |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | 16; and |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | WHEREAS, A native of San Antonio, Felicity Kidd was born on |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | September 6, 2002, to Jennifer Kidd and the late Stewart Kidd, |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | and she enjoyed the companionship of two brothers, Santiago and |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | Joshua, and a sister, Tessa; she moved to Hamilton when she was in |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | the second grade, and she attended Hamilton High School as a |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | sophomore; she was also active in the congregation at the First |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | United Methodist Church; and |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | WHEREAS, Felicity was a cherished daughter, sister, and |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | friend who always looked out for her loved ones; her compassion |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | extended to animals as well, and she took numerous cats and dogs |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | into her home, while nursing other animals back to health; and |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | WHEREAS, Through the kindness and love that she shared, |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | Felicity Kidd brought a light to the world that can never be |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | extinguished, and she will forever hold a treasured place in the |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | hearts of those who held her dear; now, therefore, be it |
|---|
| 24 | 24 | | RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 86th |
|---|
| 25 | 25 | | Legislature, hereby pay tribute to the memory of Felicity |
|---|
| 26 | 26 | | Margaret Kidd and extend deepest condolences to the members of |
|---|
| 27 | 27 | | her family: to her mother, Jennifer Kidd; to her siblings, |
|---|
| 28 | 28 | | Santiago, Joshua, and Tessa; to her aunt, Jessica Brown; to her |
|---|
| 29 | 29 | | grandmother, Catherine Brown; and to her other relatives and |
|---|
| 30 | 30 | | friends; and, be it further |
