| 9 | 15 | Sec. 662.080. VICTIMS OF COMMUNISM DAY. (a) November 7 is | |
| 10 | 16 | Victims of Communism Day in memory of the more than 100 million | |

| 13 | 19 | (b) Victims of Communism Day may be regularly observed by | |
