23 | | - | (A) a justice of the peace; |

---|
25 | | - | (C) a constitutional county court judge; |

26 | | - | (2) the magistrate determines by clear and convincing |
---|
27 | | - | evidence that: |
---|
28 | | - | (A) the person who is the subject of the warrant |
---|
29 | | - | has committed a violent offense; and |
---|
30 | | - | (B) any entry other than a no-knock entry would |
---|
31 | | - | endanger a person's life or result in the destruction of evidence; |
---|
32 | | - | and |
---|
33 | | - | (3) the warrant requires: |
---|
34 | | - | (A) each peace officer executing the warrant to |
---|
35 | | - | be in uniform and clearly identifiable as a peace officer; |
---|
36 | | - | (B) each peace officer executing the warrant to |
---|
37 | | - | be equipped with a body worn camera and to: |
---|
38 | | - | (i) activate the camera before executing |
---|
39 | | - | the warrant; and |
---|
40 | | - | (ii) not deactivate the camera or allow the |
---|
41 | | - | camera to be deactivated until at least 15 minutes after execution |

42 | | - | of the warrant is completed; and |

---|
