| 8 | 16 | | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |

| 9 | 17 | | SECTION 1. Section 298C.004, Health and Safety Code, as |

| 10 | 18 | | added by Chapter 694 (S.B. 2315), Acts of the 86th Legislature, |
|---|
| 11 | 19 | | Regular Session, 2019, is repealed. |

| 12 | 20 | | SECTION 2. Section 2, Chapter 694 (S.B. 2315), Acts of the |

| 13 | 21 | | 86th Legislature, Regular Session, 2019, is repealed. |

| 14 | 22 | | SECTION 3. To the extent of any conflict, this Act prevails |

| 15 | 23 | | over another Act of the 87th Legislature, Regular Session, 2021, |

| 16 | 24 | | relating to nonsubstantive additions to and corrections in enacted |

| 17 | 25 | | codes. |

| 18 | 26 | | SECTION 4. This Act takes effect immediately if it receives |
