13	9		BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
14	10		SECTION 1. Section 5.008(b), Property Code, is amended to
15	11		read as follows:

255	251		map published by the Federal Emergency Management Agency under the
256	252		National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 (42 U.S.C. Section 4001 et
257	253		seq.).
258	254		"Floodway" means an area that is identified on the flood
259	255		insurance rate map as a regulatory floodway, which includes the
260	256		channel of a river or other watercourse and the adjacent land areas
261	257		that must be reserved for the discharge of a base flood, also
262	258		referred to as a 100-year flood, without cumulatively increasing
263	259		the water surface elevation more than a designated height.
264	260		"Reservoir" means a water impoundment project operated by the
265	261		United States Army Corps of Engineers that is intended to retain
266	262		water or delay the runoff of water in a designated surface area of

338	334		SECTION 2. Section 5.008(b), Property Code, as amended by
