95 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
106 AN ACT
117 relating to licensing examinations for certain court interpreters.
128 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
139 SECTION 1. Section 157.103(c), Government Code, is amended
1410 to read as follows:
1511 (c) Examinations shall be offered:
1612 (1) in person in each county with a population of
1713 800,000 or more [the state] at least once [twice] a year at times
1814 and places designated by the director; or
1915 (2) in person at times and places designated by the
2016 director, if any, and online at least twice a year at times
2117 designated by the director.
2218 SECTION 2. This Act takes effect January 1, 2022.
