LEGISLATIVE BUDGET BOARD Austin, Texas FISCAL NOTE, 87TH LEGISLATIVE REGULAR SESSION May 12, 2021 TO: Honorable Robert Nichols, Chair, Senate Committee on Transportation FROM: Jerry McGinty, Director, Legislative Budget Board IN RE: HB3078 by Bailes (Relating to the registration of certain motor vehicles as farm or ranch vehicles.), As Engrossed No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated. The bill would amend Section 502.433 of the Transportation Code, relating to commercial farm motor vehicles, to make ranch vehicles subject to this section.
