| 12 | 9 | SECTION 1. Section 211.007, Local Government Code, is | |
| 13 | 10 | amended by adding Subsection (c-3) to read as follows: | |
| 14 | - | (c-3) If the proposed change in zoning classification is | |
| 15 | - | initiated | |
| 11 | + | (c-3) If the proposed change in zoning classification is a | |
| 12 | + | city initiated zoning change, the notice of the public hearing | |
