13 | 9 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | |
14 | 10 | SECTION 1. Section 152.1001(a), Human Resources Code, is | |
15 | 11 | amended to read as follows: | |
16 | 12 | (a) The Guadalupe County Juvenile Board is composed of the | |
17 | 13 | county judge, the judges of the statutory county courts, and the | |
18 | 14 | district judges in Guadalupe County. [The county judge may add the | |
19 | 15 | judge of the county court at law to the board or may, from time to | |
20 | 16 | time, designate the judge of the county court at law to serve on the | |
21 | 17 | board in the county judge's place.] | |
22 | 18 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2021. | |
