| 10 | 10 | Sec. 35.153. ELECTRICITY STORAGE GOAL. The commission, in | |

| 12 | 12 | Section 39.151 for the ERCOT power region, shall adopt rules | |
| 13 | 13 | necessary to meet a goal of having electric energy storage capacity | |
| 14 | 14 | to meet twenty percent of peak summer and winter demand within ERCOT | |
| 15 | 15 | by December 31, 2026. | |
| 16 | 16 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2021. |
