The bill would amend the Education Code relating to the expansion of the Texas Innovative Adult Career Education Grant program to include certain nonprofit organizations providing job training to veterans. The bill also describes the eligibility requirements for receipt of the grant.   Although this bill would not make an appropriation, it would establish the basis for an appropriation.  Local Government ImpactNo fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
