The bill would amend the Health and Safety Code to broaden qualifying vehicles for the Texas natural gas vehicle grant program to include used natural gas vehicles as defined in the bill.Based on the analysis of the TCEQ, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be absorbed with existing resources.  Local Government ImpactNo significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
