| 5 | 10 | | WHEREAS, The Ten Commandments set forth a code of moral |

|---|

| 11 | 16 | | the strong role of religion in our nation's heritage and in the |

| 13 | 18 | | WHEREAS, Government should not now or ever demonstrate any |

| 14 | 19 | | hostility to observances of faith by disabling the recognition of |

| 15 | 20 | | our religious heritage; reflecting our history as a religious |
