|---|
| 13 | 14 | | improving, expediting, and standardizing neonatal treatment; and |

| 14 | 15 | | WHEREAS, Houston Methodist Hospital offers a range of labor, |

| 15 | 16 | | delivery, prenatal, postpartum, neonatal, and advanced obstetric |

| 16 | 17 | | services, and its childbirth facilities are equipped with the |
