| 15 | 16 | | WHEREAS, Over the course of his tenure at the State Capitol, |

| 16 | 17 | | Mr. Arizpe has provided vital assistance in handling a wide variety |

| 17 | 18 | | of challenging tasks, including scheduling, communicating with |

| 18 | 19 | | constituents, and managing social media posts; in addition to |

| 19 | 20 | | gaining valuable experience in the field of public service, he has |
|---|
| 20 | 21 | | learned more about the legislative process and the issues facing |

| 21 | 22 | | citizens of the Lone Star State; and |

| 22 | 23 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Arizpe previously interned in the office of U.S. |

| 23 | 24 | | Congresswoman Veronica Escobar; a recent graduate of The University |

| 24 | 25 | | of Texas at El Paso, he holds a bachelor's degree in political |

| 25 | 26 | | science with a minor in biological sciences; and |

| 26 | 27 | | WHEREAS, This outstanding young Texan has performed his |
