| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Known for its strict standards and adherence to |

| 9 | 10 | | tradition, the Military Academy has developed a prestigious |

| 10 | 11 | | reputation since its founding in 1802; to be accepted to West Point, |

| 11 | 12 | | a candidate must complete a rigorous admissions process and be |

| 12 | 13 | | nominated by designated officers or organizations; and |

| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, A member of The John Cooper School Class of 2021, |

| 14 | 15 | | Mr. DeLoit plans to study systems engineering and play sprint |

| 16 | 17 | | WHEREAS, With his acceptance to the Military Academy at West |

| 17 | 18 | | Point, Ben DeLoit may look forward to myriad exciting challenges |
