| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, The tragic passing of Lacy Lynette Reynolds of |

| 7 | 8 | | unimaginable loss to the family and friends of this beloved young |

|---|
| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, The cherished daughter of Tony and Chrissy Reynolds, |

| 10 | 11 | | Lacy Reynolds was born in Lufkin on August 7, 2002; she was raised |

| 11 | 12 | | with the companionship of two siblings, Tyler and Gabby, and her |
|---|
| 12 | 13 | | circle of loved ones also included her grandparents, her |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | brother-in-law, Hunter, her nephew, Tucker, and her boyfriend, |

| 14 | 15 | | Jordan; from her family, she learned the values of selflessness, |
|---|
| 15 | 16 | | kindness, and compassion, and she touched the lives of many with her |
|---|
| 16 | 17 | | vibrant presence and radiant smile; moreover, she found great |

| 17 | 18 | | strength in her faith; and |
|---|
| 18 | 19 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Reynolds grew up competing in gymnastics, and |

| 19 | 20 | | she went on to become a cheerleader, displaying her talent on Friday |

| 20 | 21 | | nights in support of the Colmesneil Bulldogs; she was also an |

| 21 | 22 | | outstanding volleyball player and was known for her thunderous |

| 22 | 23 | | spikes that dominated the opposition; and |

| 23 | 24 | | WHEREAS, Although her time on this earth was far too brief, |

| 24 | 25 | | Lacy Reynolds was a ray of light in the lives of all those who held |

| 25 | 26 | | her dear, and she leaves behind a legacy of love that will never be |

| 26 | 27 | | forgotten; now, therefore, be it |
