| 11 | 11 | Code, is amended by adding Section 212.0455 to read as follows: | |
| 12 | 12 | Sec. 212.0455. EXCEPTION TO PLAT REQUIREMENT: MUNICIPAL | |
| 13 | 13 | DETERMINATION. To determine whether specific developments of | |
| 14 | 14 | tracts of land are required to be platted under this subchapter, a | |
| 15 | 15 | municipality may define and classify the developments. A | |
| 16 | 16 | municipality need not require platting for every development of a | |
| 17 | 17 | tract of land otherwise within the scope of this subchapter. | |
| 18 | 18 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2021. |
