| 12 | 12 | | Missing Adults: Cayley Mandadi, D'Lisa Kelley, Erin Castro, Ashanti |

| 13 | 13 | | Billie, and the rest. |

| 14 | 14 | | SECTION 2. The heading to Subchapter Q, Chapter 411, |

| 15 | 15 | | Government Code, as added by Chapter 227 (H.B. 1769), Acts of the |

| 16 | 16 | | 86th Legislature, Regular Session, 2019, is amended to read as |

| 26 | 26 | | SECTION 4. The heading to Section 411.462, Government Code, |

| 27 | 27 | | as added by Chapter 227 (H.B. 1769), Acts of the 86th Legislature, |

| 28 | 28 | | Regular Session, 2019, is amended to read as follows: |

| 33 | 33 | | provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution. If this |

| 34 | 34 | | Act does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, this |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | Act takes effect September 1, 2021. |
