4	4	Jamie Rutherford Munal
5	5	WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas honors and
6	6	commemorates the life of Jamie Rutherford Munal, who died April
7	7	16, 2021, at the age of 67; and
8	8	WHEREAS, Jamie Munal was a beloved husband and father who
9	9	was widely respected and admired in his community for his many
10	10	achievements; and
11	11	WHEREAS, A proud graduate of Southern Methodist
12	12	University, Mr. Munal enjoyed a rewarding professional career as
13	13	an insurance agent; he was the owner of his own agency, Munal
14	14	Insurance; and
15	15	WHEREAS, Mr. Munal was an avid fisherman and an
16	16	accomplished cook whose holiday dinners were renowned in his
17	17	family; he was also a skilled guitarist and a music writer, and he
18	18	recorded multiple albums of his own work; and
19	19	WHEREAS, He was a devoted husband and father, and he leaves
20	20	behind memories that will be treasured forever by his family and
21	21	many friends; now, therefore, be it
22	22	RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 87th
23	23	Legislature, hereby extend sincere condolences to the bereaved
24	24	family of Jamie Rutherford Munal: his wife, Trecia Munal; and
25	25	his children, Clayton Parrish Munal and Katherine Lee Munal; and,
26	26	be it further
27	27	RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
28	28	his family as an expression of deepest sympathy from the Texas
29	29	Senate and that when the Senate adjourns this day, it do so in
30	30	memory of Jamie Munal.
