| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Eduardo Zuniga Jr. is retiring from the U.S. Navy as |

| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Eddie Zuniga answered his nation's call to duty by |

| 9 | 10 | | joining the U.S. Navy in April 2000, and over the course of his |
|---|
| 10 | 11 | | exemplary 21-year career, he has been assigned to Ellington Field |

| 11 | 12 | | Joint Reserve Base in Houston; moreover, he has been a member of the |
|---|
| 12 | 13 | | U.S. Navy Reserve for more than two decades and currently serves as |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | senior enlisted advisor and executive officer; and |
|---|
| 14 | 15 | | WHEREAS, In civilian life, Mr. Zuniga works as a financial |

| 15 | 16 | | advisor with Edward Jones; he is an alumnus of the University of |
|---|
| 16 | 17 | | Houston, where he studied finance, and he is certified as an |
|---|
| 17 | 18 | | accredited asset management specialist; in all his endeavors, he |

| 18 | 19 | | enjoys the love and support of his wife, Thu Nguyen; and |

| 19 | 20 | | WHEREAS, Eddie Zuniga's expertise, professionalism, and |

| 20 | 21 | | devotion to duty have greatly benefited his fellow Americans, and |

| 21 | 22 | | he may indeed reflect with pride on his outstanding record of |

| 22 | 23 | | military service as he embarks on the next exciting chapter of his |
