| 10 | 11 | | WHEREAS, This notable Texan retired to Sulphur Springs in |

| 11 | 12 | | 2016, following a career with Oncor that spanned four and a half |

| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, David Collier has demonstrated tremendous skill on |
