2	2	WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to
3	3	recognize Sarah Lynn Bergen and John Paul Borrego on the joyous
4	4	occasion of their marriage; and
5	5	WHEREAS, Sarah Bergen and John Borrego married on November
6	6	20, 2021; they first met in 2019 by a chance encounter at Kirby
7	7	Ice House in Houston; they maintained a deepening long-distance
8	8	relationship until Sarah moved to Austin; John proposed to Sarah
9	9	on July 19, 2020; and
10	10	WHEREAS, The newlyweds are looking forward to spending a
11	11	lifetime sharing their love and mutual respect, and their marriage
12	12	brings great happiness to their families and friends; and
13	13	WHEREAS, The Texas Senate wishes to express warmest
14	14	greetings to Sarah Bergen and John Borrego as they begin their
15	15	new life together; now, therefore, be it
16	16	RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 87th
17	17	Legislature, 3rd Called Session, hereby extend its best wishes to
18	18	Sarah Bergen and John Borrego and wish them many years of
19	19	happiness together; and, be it further
20	20	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this Resolution be
21	21	prepared for the couple as an expression of esteem from the
22	22	Texas Senate.
