| 15 | 15 | SECTION 2. Not later than January 1, 2024, the Texas Lottery | |
| 16 | 16 | Commission shall adopt or amend rules as necessary to implement | |
| 17 | 17 | Section 466.015(d), Government Code, as added by this Act. | |
