| 13 | 13 | SUBCHAPTER F. STATE HOSPITAL IN PANHANDLE REGION | |
| 14 | 14 | Sec. 552.201. DUTY TO ESTABLISH AND OPERATE. The | |
| 15 | 15 | commission shall establish and operate a state hospital in a county | |
| 16 | 16 | located in the Panhandle region of this state. | |
| 17 | 17 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2023. |
